The smart-PLATE is a smart-TEC innovation which combines a metal type plate with RFID technology. It is ideal for inventory and facility management. Information about product name, number, barcode, etc. can be engraved on the plate, whilst additional information (e.g. complete maintenance and service records, test specifications and documentation, etc.) can be saved on the transponder’s chip. Saving details on the chip improves workflows and adds an additional layer of security by storing essential information where it’s needed. The information stored on the chip can of course be added to and altered as required.

smart-PLATEs can be provided with pre-drilled holes and/or self-adhesive. The stainless steel plate (V2A) is particularly resistant to chemical influences.
