Lab equipment
Our laboratory services are tailored to your requirements - because the range of electrotechnical and physical influencing factors for successful project implementation is very extensive. We support you with comprehensive tests, measurements, evaluations and documentation to ensure the success of your project.
Precise surface analysis with the IR color spectrometer
We use a state-of-the-art IR spectrometer to precisely determine the surface properties of a wide range of materials. We use this technology to ensure the quality and conformity of your products
We use the FT-IR spectrometer (Fourier transform infrared spectrometer) to analyze the top layer of a material. This device enables the identification and characterization of a wide variety of materials, such as adhesives, plastics, metals and potting materials.
Precise gloss level measurement for perfect surfaces
Our high-precision gloss level meter allows you to accurately determine the gloss and matt level on various materials such as aluminum and steel.
Our measuring device ensures that your specific surface finish requirements are precisely met.
Using state-of-the-art measurement technology, our gloss meter precisely records the reflectance values of surfaces. It delivers accurate and repeatable results in seconds, enabling immediate quality control.
Uniform appearance thanks to perfect color accuracy
We attach great importance to exact color reproduction for our RFID/NFC transponders. We use state-of-the-art colorimeters and standard light chambers to guarantee the color accuracy and color consistency of our identification. Our technologies meet the requirements of ISO 3664 and use the standard illuminants D50, D65 and TL84.
Precise adhesive force measurement for maximum reliability
Measuring adhesive strength is an essential process for ensuring the quality and reliability of bonded joints. We are guided by established norms and standards that ensure consistent and reliable results.
Adhesive strength is a crucial factor for the durability of RFID/NFC tags that use adhesive bonds. Through precise measurements, we can ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and fulfill the specific requirements of our customers.
We carry out pull-off tests in which our products are applied to the material you provide and then removed again at a defined angle. Alternatively, we determine the failure time under the influence of weight, i.e. the moment at which the adhesive strength decreases. These tests are carried out in accordance with the recognized FINAT standards, which were developed specifically for the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry.
Quality assurance under extreme conditions
Our climate tests ensure that our RFID/NFC tags work reliably even under exceptional climatic conditions. With precise, standard-compliant simulations in our climate chamber, we meet the highest quality standards. This includes durability and stability tests in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as PV 1200.
In many industries, it is crucial that RFID/NFC tags can withstand extreme temperature and humidity conditions. Our climate tests help you to check the robustness and durability of your products and ensure that they work reliably even under the most difficult conditions.
We simulate various climate conditions in our climate chamber with temperature ranges from -40°C to +180°C and humidity levels from 0-98% relative humidity. These tests cover various aspects, including:
- Material deformation: shrinkage or expansion of the material
- Material detachment: Checking adhesion and integrity
- Adhesive properties: Durability and stability of adhesives
- Functional testing: Determination of the failure temperature for RFID/NFC tags and other security-relevant components
