Printing technologies
Modern printing technologies offer the perfect production method for all possible applications. In addition, we add the finishing touches to products with our finishing techniques - brush structure, embossing, diamond cutting, microprinting, textured coating and special/effect colors.
Flexible and high-quality printing solutions
We use high-end digital printing processes to transfer your print data directly and digitally to our printing presses. Digital printing offers numerous advantages, including the ability to customize each copy. This is particularly useful for imprints, barcodes, QR codes and consecutive numbering. Your layouts are printed directly and accurately, whether on aluminum, plastic, paper or other materials.
Robust and versatile for your marking solutions
Screen printing is a proven and versatile printing technique in which the ink is applied to the material through a fine-mesh screen. This process is ideal for a wide range of applications and materials and offers exceptional opacity and durability.
The high ink application in screen printing makes this print particularly resistant and durable, making it ideal for weather-resistant applications. Screen printing involves exposing a graphic file onto the screen. A squeegee is used to press the ink through the screen onto the substrate.Highly resistant printing technology for aluminum
Sub-anodized printing is an advanced printing technique that encloses print motifs under the surface of the aluminium in a durable and non-scratchable way.
This technique offers outstanding resistance to mechanical, thermal and chemical stresses. Colors and prints are permanently applied and sealed into (rather than onto) the aluminum surface using digital or screen printing, protecting them even under harsh conditions. The process enables photorealistic images and variable data in digital printing, which ensures high flexibility and quality.
Precise and durable printing solutions
In hot stamping printing, a motif is transferred to the substrate using a heated printing plate and a wax-like ribbon. This method enables precise and durable printing, which can be used on both roll labels and sheets
Heating the cliché melts the ink of the ribbon and bonds permanently with the substrate, resulting in high resistance to abrasion and external influences. In addition, subsequent sealing and consecutive numbering can be realized without any problems.
This technology is particularly suitable for various materials and areas of application, especially for security and identification labels.
Flexible and precise printing solutions
Thermal transfer printing is a digital printing technology in which ink is transferred from a ribbon to the substrate. Small heating cells are controlled individually and digitally in the printer, which enables each individual label to be printed individually
Thermal transfer printing offers high flexibility and precision, especially for printing barcodes, QR codes and consecutive numbering. This method does not require printing clichés, which saves costs and enables quick adjustments. It is ideal for subsequent imprints and offers additional protection thanks to a laminating film.
Efficient and versatile printing solutions
Flexo printing is a direct web-fed letterpress printing process in which a flexible printing plate transfers the ink directly onto a material to be printed on.
Flexo printing is characterized by its high production speed and consistently high quality, which makes it ideal for large print runs. An integrated die-cutting cylinder in the flexographic printing machine enables printing and die-cutting in a single operation, saving time and costs.
Flexo printing can also be combined with thermal transfer printing and hot stamping, making it particularly flexible for creating barcodes and consecutive numbering.
