ACHEMA, one of the world's leading trade fairs for the process industry, will open its doors in Frankfurt am Main from June 10 - 14, 2024.

This year, the DDC Consortium will offer guided tours of the Digital Data Chain at ACHEMA 2024 from June 10 to 13, 2024. As part of the guided tours, three manufacturers will be visited to provide an overview of their product range and demonstrate the implementation of the three Digital Data Chain technologies - Auto-ID, intelligent manufacturer documentation and provision of manufacturer documentation on an information exchange platform - live at the trade fair stand. Questions on the optimal use of the Digital Data Chain standard will be answered.

There will be two tours a day focusing on process technology and two tours focusing on measurement and control technology. Florian Geith, Key Account Manager for the chemical and process industry, and Thomas Fröhlich, Business Development Manager for Auto-ID technologies, will accompany all tours and be available for questions, suggestions and the exchange of ideas.

At the end of each tour, all visitors will receive a high-quality RFID/NFC industrial transponder from our smart-DOME Industrial product range. This sample meets all the requirements of IEC standard 61406 in terms of 2D code, chip programming, RFID symbology, URL syntax, durability, error correction, chip frequency and print layout
