At the AIM Spring Forum 2024 at HellermannTyton in Tornesch, the board elections were held, among other things. Klaus Dargahi, Managing Director of smart-TEC in Oberhaching near Munich, stood for re-election and was once again elected to the Board of Directors.

Klaus Dargahi says: "It is an honor for me to continue to represent the association. smart-TEC already joined AIM in the founding year. I am sure that we will continue to successfully tackle many challenges in the future and build on the successes of recent years!"

AIM, based in Lampertheim, is the leading industry association for automatic data capture, identification and mobile IT systems. The association promotes the use and standardization of AutoID technologies and processes. Technologies such as RFID, NFC, barcodes, two-dimensional codes, industrial sensors and RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) are equally promoted.
