But now TMX is going one step further - the TMX Trigger is making the leap into the digital age. An NFC chip has been integrated on the underside of each trigger. The thin and flexible NFC label from the smart label can be applied quickly, invisibly and cost-effectively integrated on the underside of the TMX trigger. The properties of the smart label have been developed to precisely meet customer requirements in terms of size, imprint, attachment and frequency range.
IDconnect makes it possible
The user holds their cell phone or tablet to the underside of the TMX trigger and receives additional information about the product and its application on their mobile device quickly, securely and without having to download an app. IDconnect, the software solution from the RATHGEBER Group, enables simple and uncomplicated menu navigation in which the right video can be found for every therapy application. This means that complaints, for example in the shoulder, can be treated immediately with the right video instructions.
IDconnect is a flexible software solution on a white label basis that enables content, processes, documentation, marketing campaigns as well as image and video material to be individually, quickly and easily adapted to the respective corporate design of the company. The globally unique chip identification number (UID) of the NFC chip is linked to the individually designed IDconnect website, making each TMX trigger unique.
Not only videos, instructions for use and specific product information can be integrated, but also links to websites, social media accounts and contact forms. This allows you to stay in contact with the customer - even long after the product has been sold.
