Reading the 2D code or RFID/NFC transponder with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet, IDConnect builds the bridge between the product and the digital level. This means that product-specific information is provided online on the mobile device - without the need for an additional app.

How does IDconnect work?
The globally unique chip identification number (UID) of the NFC transponder or the serial number assigned in 2D code format is linked to the individually designed IDconnect.
IDconnect is a flexible and customizable state-of-the-art solution on a white label basis. It allows you to quickly and easily create individual content, processes, documentation, marketing campaigns, images and videos as well as customizations in your corporate design.

A topic that is important to us... smart-TEC has no access to the data in your evaluation software. IDconnect merely provides an interface that anonymizes your customers' page views and transmits them in a targeted manner.
If you as a manufacturer want to remove anonymity and get in touch with your customers personally, IDconnect provides a customer registration process and login options. Maintenance, process and product data are also stored in IDconnect.
