Rescuecontrol Software GmbH is a software provider in the field of rescue services. Since 2011, rescuecontrol has been programming the rescue service software RDSuite and is constantly developing it further.

The digital driver's license check module offers numerous advantages for emergency services. An unlimited number of employees can be registered without additional monthly costs. The check intervals can be customized to meet the specific requirements of the organization. Employees receive automatic SMS notifications when a check is due, which minimizes the administrative burden. All checks carried out are documented in a tamper-proof and legally compliant log file. A user-friendly smartphone app for iOS and Android is also available for flexible use.

As the employees carry out the checks independently, the workload for the person responsible is significantly reduced. They only have to take care of those who do not carry out the driving license check themselves - whether due to illness, vacation or because they have had to surrender their driving license. Employees can scan their smart-LABEL driver's license independently using an RFID reader on the admin PC, a WLAN scanner in the vehicle hall or an app. The data is securely recorded in the system and stored under the respective employee. This ensures audit-proof documentation, which also serves as proof in the event of an accident or claim.

The RFID/NFC technology helps to make the time-consuming and costly process of checking driving licenses faster and more secure. RFID/NFC driver's license labels are affixed to each employee's driver's license. When the label is removed, the integrated chip is also destroyed by intelligent security features. Misuse of the label is effectively ruled out.
