Regularly checking the driving licenses of all employees is a legal requirement. However, this process used to be time-consuming and error-prone. Manual checks meant high administrative costs, mountains of paperwork and confusing documentation. This was a particular challenge for large organizations - a situation that called for a modern, digital solution.

The solution: digital driver's license control with RFID/NFC technology

With the introduction of the digital driver's license control module, rescuecontrol offers a smart solution that automates the entire process and makes it legally compliant. In cooperation with smart-TEC, tamper-proof RFID/NFC driver's license labels are used, which enable reliable identification and documentation. Employees carry out the check themselves by scanning their driver's license label using an RFID reader on the admin PC, a Wi-Fi scanner in the vehicle hall or a user-friendly app for iOS and Android.

Maximum relief for the rescue service

Thanks to the digital processes, manual monitoring by a central authority is almost completely eliminated. The system automatically reminds employees of upcoming checks by text message and documents all checks in a tamper-proof manner. The responsible managers only have to take care of those employees who are unable to carry out the checks themselves - an enormous relief.

Tamper-proof thanks to RFID/NFC technology

The innovative technology ensures that misuse is ruled out: As soon as the driver's license label is removed, the integrated RFID/NFC chip is also destroyed. This ensures maximum protection against tampering and counterfeiting. In addition, the label is specially optimized for use on driver's licenses and can be printed individually.
