RFID/NFC tags for industrial applications enter the next generation

smart-TEC is launching a comprehensive product update for its proven smart-DOME Freestyle 3010 UHF industrial tag (30 mm in diameter, 10 mm high and a central mounting hole).

With a new UHF chip version that offers a higher user memory and optimized radio characteristics, the updated 3010 generation addresses particularly demanding industrial applications.

More range, more performance and more memory

Despite the very small size, ranges of approx. 2 to 4 meters (depending on the application and system) can be achieved, especially on metallic surfaces. The user memory is now 512bit. Our universally applicable smart-DOME-Freestyle 3010 UHF offers the usual magnetic mounting options as well as screwing and gluing.

The all-rounder among industrial transponders

As before, smart-TEC relies on a robust PU (polyurethane) housing concept and manufactures the RFID/NFC tag in its own factory in Mindelheim (Allgäu). Very good resistance to liquids (including water/salt water, sulphuric acid, sodium hydroxide, ethylene glycol, engine oil), high mechanical robustness and autoclavability are its key features. In addition, our smart-DOME Freestyle 3010 is available in a wide range of colors, with customized printing or laser engraving and, on request, with ATEX certification and ROHS/WEEE conformity. The smart-DOME Freestyle 3010 is also available in the HF and LF frequency ranges.
