Adriana Ilieva has successfully completed her master's thesis on "Strategic alignment of the product portfolio in the field of wireless/electromagnetic automatic identification technologies of a medium-sized RFID and NFC manufacturer based on future developments in the Auto-ID industry". This work was carried out in the Digital Technology Management course at Munich University of Applied Sciences.

The aim of the master's thesis was to analyze the strategic orientation of the product portfolio of a medium-sized company in the field of RFID and NFC and to develop recommendations on how the company can position itself in view of future developments in the Auto-ID industry. Through comprehensive market analyses, interviews with industry experts and the evaluation of current research results, key trends and technological developments were identified.Based on these findings, strategic recommendations for action were formulated in order to increase competitiveness and prepare for future market requirements. The master's thesis provides smart-TEC with valuable insights and practice-oriented solutions for the challenges and opportunities in the rapidly developing Auto-ID industry. It therefore makes an important contribution to the company's strategic planning and ability to innovate. Since successfully completing her studies, Adriana Ilieva has been a permanent member of the smart-TEC team and part of product and quality management.
