For us, diversity in the workplace means that the employees of the RATHGEBER Group are made up of people with many different characteristics and backgrounds. Recruitment criteria apply regardless of gender, age, Herkunft, Religion and worldview, sexual orientation and identity. In our day-to-day work, we form a good team, different opinions and points of view are tolerated and communication with one another is encouraged.
In addition, the RATHGEBER Group is open to people with disabilities. Diversity and inclusion are two concepts that cannot be separated from one another.
