Our team events 2025 - a look back

Whether sporty, sociable, social or sustainable: our Team Events 2025 were as diverse as our teams - and yet had a clear goal: to further develop cohesion. And that's exactly what we achieved.

The review shows how much energy, inventiveness and commitment went into every single event. The teams developed formats that created real highlights - from sporting competitions and shared outdoor experiences to activities with a social or ecological focus.

A particularly positive aspect was that many teams deliberately chose activities that focused on responsibility and sustainability - smart-TEC planted thousands of crocuses in a meadow orchard, for example. A strong sign of how reflective, creative and appreciative we are of each other outside of our day-to-day work.

At the end of the day, one thing remains above all: time together. Exchanges away from the routine, laughing and celebrating together, new impressions - and that tangible sense of togetherness that defines us as a team. This is exactly what the photos and the smart-TEC and RATHGEBER motto show: "Each individual is part of our strong team."

With this energy, we are heading into 2026 with motivation!
