smart-TEC welcomes Sebastian Wohlrab as its new Innovation Manager. He brings extensive experience in embedded hardware and software development and has particular expertise in the field of battery-free wireless sensor technology.

He is passionate about combining hardware and software and developing innovative solutions that are technically impressive while also creating tangible added value for users. In doing so, he always takes a holistic approach: New technologies must not only work but also be economically viable and practical to implement.

With his technical curiosity, analytical mindset, and passion for innovation, Sebastian will provide important impetus for the further development of products and technologies at smart-TEC. He finds the collaborative development of new ideas and interdisciplinary exchange within the team particularly exciting, because for him, innovation arises where different perspectives converge and new solutions are created together.

The demands on digital product labeling, sensor technology, RFID/NFC, BLE, and Auto-ID technologies are constantly evolving. This makes fresh ideas and new impetus all the more important for developing innovative and future-proof solutions for our customers.

With Sebastian, smart-TEC is gaining a colleague who drives these very topics forward with passion and technical expertise. Together with Klaus Finkenzeller, he will further strengthen the innovation team and actively shape the development of new products, technologies, and solutions at smart-TEC.
