The NFC transponder or 2D code attached to the machine is read using a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet.the website valid for this machine opens automatically on the mobile device. Among other things, the following content can be stored, documented or updated there:

Similar to paying with a debit card, the user "taps" the NFC label with their NFC-enabled smartphone or alternatively scans the QR code. The corresponding product page automatically opens in IDconnect. The customer can use this to submit a service request directly to Dorma Hüppe, for example, to call up operating instructions and care instructions or request warranty information.
